100 - I Hate To Love You: Enemies to Lovers Regency Romances To Add To Your TBR

Holy wow! Triple digits!

Thank you to everyone for supporting us thus far. In honor of making it to episode 100, we have put together a list of books featuring our favorite trope, Enemies to Lovers. Some of these are classics and others you may have never heard of, but we're sure you'll find something to add to your TBR.

What qualifies as a “Enemies to lovers” for our purposes?

  • The main trope is that the two MCs are actually enemies for some reason, there is a history of animosity and overcoming their distrust or distaste for each other is a big part of the plot!

  • Often times these are previous lovers who had a falling out and now are forced into close proximity to allow love to come back again.

  • Since we haven’t read all of these, we may get one wrong! We tried to do our research, but as always, if we goofed please do let us know!

And of course, if you think we missed a title that listeners would love - let us know! Our email is romancepod@gmail.com.

She never dreamed she'd find both with a man whose own pedigree is far from impeccable.

"Savage" is what the women of the ton whisper about the newly styled Earl of Ardmay—albeit with shivers of pleasure. Born an English bastard, raised on the high seas, he's on a mission to capture a notorious pirate for vengeance. But while Violet's belief in her brother's innocence maddens him, her courage awes him . . . and her sensuality finally undoes him. Now the man who once lost everything and the girl who has everything to lose are bound by a passion that could either end in betrayal . . . or become everything they ever dreamed.

Alice stirs Henry’s deepest fantasies, and he awakens parts of her she thought she’d foresworn years ago. But Henry is considering new regulations that threaten the people Alice holds dear, and association with a woman like Alice would threaten Henry’s reputation if he allowed himself to get too close.

Is falling for the wrong person a test of faith …or a chance at unimagined grace?

15. The Rogue to Ruin by Vivienne Lorret

His scandalous customers scare off all her marriage-minded patrons and since the devilish brute has no intention of relocating, she sets out to ruin his unsavory establishment.
