I recommend that we, as readers, take a moment out of our day to do a few things: One, read Courtney's entire blog post, two, follow some of her directives to help if you can, and three, don't buy any of Cristiane Serruya's books. The last update on Courtney's blog about this comes from February of this year. This is all a bit of old news, but there's no way that this is fully resolved - these things take a lot of time and bureaucracy to go away. So, if you're so inclined, take a moment to read her blogs and send an email or two and help out the authors that so frequently help us through our own troubles.
